All we know is that they were selected due to their distinct and different flavour profiles, something that promises a complex and surprising whisky.
The Peat Monster was developed by the genius John Glaser and is part of the core range for Compass Box. The blend was then matured in a mix of first fill and refill American oak casks.
This whisk is perfect for those who love intensity, flavour, freshness and balance. Its palate is sweet, spicy, warm with a dash of sea salt. The Peat in this is nevertheless excellent.
