The third release in the Glaswegian’s indie bottler North Star’s wildly popular Vega series. Matured in Spanish and American oak for a colossal 41 years, this ancient sherry bomb is a sweet, spicy Speyside with a whiff of Islay influence – prepare yourself for a truly astronomical whisky.
The second release in North Star Spirits’ Vega series (the star in the Lyra constellation) and it is absolute stunner. A 40 year old blended malt with a hugely sherried flavour profile. This product comes with plenty of fruity flavour; having been distilled at two or more Scottish distilleries. Only 400 bottles of this expression were produced. Mind blowing.
