Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases made from The House of Whisky and it is our aim to ensure that all products are delivered to you in perfect condition prior to our inspection. If you have received your order and you are unhappy with the products purchased/ or there is a defect/ or you have been given the wrong pr
oduct, we’ll happily refund your money back provided you inform us within 7 days from the date of your products being delivered to you.
We will reimburse the cost of returning items where they have been delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
All products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original so that the products are fit for resale and refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note, some products on sale on The House of Whisky are not always brand new and in some cases, products have been bought privately due to the limited nature and the scarcity of the products.
Product images on the website are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not be exact in accordance particular true for discontinued vintages, which may not be 100% perfect, however, we do strive to get all of our products in the best condition possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, if any items that have been delivered to you are faulty or are in unsatisfactory condition, you have the legal right to reject the goods and obtain a full refund as long as it’s within 30 days from the date of the goods being received. Please note the sooner you inform us, the sooner we are able to refund you for the product and delivery. All postage receipts should be kept as a record.
If any items have been delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, the consumer will have a 14 day right to reject which begins from the date of delivery. We will refund you the cost of returning the item, so a postage receipt from the courier should be kept as a record.
You have a legal responsibility to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products until you return them to back to us.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning products back to us unless the items being returned have a defect/ are damaged / you have been given the wrong product. You will be held accountable for ensuring all returning products. Should any products succumb to damage or shows signs of tampering coming to back us, we reserve the right to make a claim against you should damage be sustained.

You have a legal responsibility to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products until you return them to us.
Please ensure all returning items are properly and securely packed in the original packaging provided by us (Unless damaged which you shall inform us of) and include a copy of your invoice inside the box with the items you are returning and give a reason why you are returning the products. Remove any other addresses from the outer box and affix the shipping label with our address.
Once we received the goods we shall issue a refund within 3 days.
