The Caol Ila 13 Year Old 2007 is vintage Islay single malt Scotch whisky that has been double matured in Hermitage French red wine casks and bottled 2021 by Gordon & MacPhail for the Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of fruitcake, cherries and sweet smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of smoked meats, summer berries, toasted almonds and bonfire embers throughout the palate.
