Another amazing release from Kilchoman distillery on Islay. A richly sherried single malt, this is a PX (Pedro Ximénez) Sherry cask matured release. Some of the casks in this vatting were fully matured in PX casks and some were finished in PX too, for between 12 and 18 months. The result is an Islay dram that blends traditional smoky notes with the sweetness we all love about Pedro Ximénez. A limited outrun of 12,000 bottles at 47.3% ABV.
