Found just down the street is the world-famous Cadenhead’s shop, where this bottling was created. Aged for 25 years, this is one of just 186 bottles. The nose: Red apples, coal dust, dunnage earth floors. The palate, campfire smoke, rock salt, plums and berries. The finish: Soft toffee, marzipan, bramble jam and burnt toast.
