Here we have a 2021 release in Springbank’s incredibly popular Local Barley range, produced with barley from local producers to the distillery. Aromas of prunes, raisins and coffee beans, fill the nose, complemented by notes of crème brulee, nutmeg, and caramel shortbread throughout the palate.
